The Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation Program provides many ways for teachers and catechists to connect with families and to support their efforts to share the faith with their children. The Family Corner feature in every Seeds, Promise, and Good News lesson is a great start. Each week, the Family Corner provides a common question, prayer, and in-church activity related to the Sunday Gospel message. Visions and Venture offer similar activities in the With My Family and Friends feature. Encourage your children to share these lessons with their families.

Other free, online family resources include The Gospel at Home, which features age-appropriate descriptions of the Sunday Gospel for each level of the Gospel Weeklies. The Gospel at Home is available weekly, in both Spanish and English, and also offers a family prayer focused on the Sunday Gospel.

You may also wish to share the seasonal activities and Catholic Resources with families looking for projects to work on with their children at home or over breaks. The resource pages give parents background on saints, prayers, feast days, and Catholic culture.

The handout for families page, also available in Spanish and English, gives families an overview of the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation Program, including the online resources and the Catechism handbooks for all five levels.
