Born, born, born in Bethlehem.Children, go where I send thee. How shall I send thee?I will send thee two by two. Two for Mary and Joseph. One for the itty bitty baby. Born, born, born in Bethlehem. As you sing, have the children point to the correct illustration. Allow the children several times to become familiar with the song, then ask them all to join in.If you are not confident of your musical ability, find someone in your parish who will play and sing Christmas songs for this and next week’s lessons.Activity ● A Matching Game (page 4) On the other side of the six Christmas pictures is a matching game. Havethe children cut on the heavy lines to produce six ornament groupings. Show them how to match two groups that are alike and then let them finish the activity on their own.
