“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” is Jesus’ command to his disciples in this Sunday’s Gospel. This is our calling as Christians and as catechists.
Jesus promises, “I am with you always.” What comfort we can find in that when our task seems too big for us!
As you take time this summer to recharge, be sure to recharge yourself spiritually. Continue to reflect on the Sunday Gospels. Read a good spiritual book or two—or more! And pray for your students—this past year’s and those you will meet in the fall. And be assured of our prayers for you!
