Gospel Weeklies Support the Eucharistic Revival

The National Eucharistic Revival (USA) is a three-year effort focused on reviving devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. It began on June 19, 2022, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus Christ (Corpus Christi), will culminate with a National Eucharistic Congress in July 2024, and be followed by a year of Eucharist-based missions.

Since Fall 2020, every lesson of the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation Program has included a quote related to the Eucharist for the benefit of students, catechists, and parents. Quotes are pulled from the words of Scripture, Church teaching, popes, saints, or other models of faithful living.

We also offer designed “memes” and reflections on every Eucharist quote. Both memes and reflections are formatted so that parish staff can “download and drop” them into their social media accounts—they are Facebook- and Instagram-ready. They may also be added to parish bulletins, newsletters, and websites so all parishioners can reflect on the same quote each week.

These quotes and reflections, as well as Eucharist-themed videos, articles, student activities, and products, are available here. The Eucharist quotes, reflections, and some of the other resources are also available in Spanish.
