The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a celebration of a life lived wholly without sin. Mary also experienced many hard times throughout her life on Earth. This Bible lookup activity, Mary’s Life, will help Visions students identify how Mary responded to the challenges in her life with great faith and courage—from the Annunciation through the Crucifixion of her son, Jesus. This activity will also prepare your students for September, which is the Month of Our Lady of Sorrows in the Church.
