Monday, July 4, is Independence Day in the United States. We celebrate our liberties and freedoms on this day with picnics, parades, and fireworks. It’s a welcome day off work for many people. As Ukraine’s hard-won independence continues to be attacked, let’s pray in thanksgiving for our freedoms, in solidarity with those who fight for justice, and for conversion of the oppressors.
